Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept refunds/exchanges for any of our products. A detailed ingredient and fragrance descriptions are provided for each of our product.  Should there be any issues with your order, please report within five business days of delivery. We will only rectify if the issue was an error on our end (i.e. incorrect item or quantity).

Ensure accuracy of your shipping address as we will not be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address/insufficient address. Should a package be refused, shipping is non-refundable. If your package was returned to us due to incorrect/undeliverable shipping address and you wish for us to redeliver your order, the shipping cost will solely be customer responsibility and not Monceli Aroma. An invoice for the shipping charge will be sent to the customer once we've received the returned package. Please allow 3-4 business days for processing.

Monceli Aroma does not claim responsibility for package delays or lost items. Once USPS has received your package for shipping, we are no longer responsible for the transportation or delivery of the box. You agree to accept the shipping mentioned above and return terms and conditions by placing an order.
